PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ANY SOFTWARE FROM 4EASYSOFT.
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 4Easysoft ("4Easysoft") for the 4Easysoft software product(s) accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
4Easysoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in accordance with this EULA.
For Trial/Evaluation Software: You may use the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes without charge for a limited period. The trial version may have limited features or functionality. You must purchase a license key to continue using the full features after the trial period expires.
For Licensed Software: Upon payment of the applicable license fees, you are granted a license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one (1) computer. Licenses are per-computer, not per-user. For use on multiple computers, you must acquire a corresponding number of licenses.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not create derivative works from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Separation of Components: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
Software Transfer: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, your license, or any of your rights under this EULA to another party.
Termination: Without prejudice to any other rights, 4Easysoft may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by 4Easysoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
4Easysoft warrants that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are limited to thirty (30) days.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 4EASYSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 4EASYSOFT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF 4EASYSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and 4Easysoft relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to its subject matter.
